[Miniature Sheets] Wildlife Conservation The Department of Wildlife and National Parks (PERHILITAN) Peninsular Malaysia is a department under the Ministry of Water, Land and Natural Resources (KATS) responsible for wildlife conservation activities in Peninsular Malaysia and Federal Territory. Wildlife conservation efforts include ex-situ and in-situ wildlife conservation, enforcement of wildlife-related legislation in combating wildlife crimes, wildlife research and protection of wildlife habitat as well as enhancing knowledge, awareness and community involvement in conservation of wildlife.
